Florentine style 1.2 kilo T-Bone Steak, topped with salsa verde
served with crispy beef fat potatoes, heirloom tomatoes, green olives and rocket
2010 Ocean 8 “Aylward” Pinot Noir, Mornington Peninsula, VIC
This is a high end, unfiltered wine, lighter in style but still great body
2014 AMON-Ra Shiraz, Barossa Valley, SA
Created by Ben Glaetzer, this is big and bold, just like a classic Shiraz.
Whole baked Snapper with sauce vierge
served with braised baby fennel, artichokes, asparagus and saffron
2009 Riesling Grosset “Polish Hill”, Clare Valley, SA
An Australian iconic Riesling, it's pristine and ready to drink.
2013 Kooyong-Farrago Chardonnay, Mornington Peninsula, VIC
This is a bold Chardonnay with a great fresh finish.
And last but not least, two Cherry Chocolate Coconut Truffles to satisfy that sweet craving!
